The usqlscriptEx7a.usql requires base64enc.zip to be present in the TutorialMaterialfolder but it is neither included here in the GitHub project nor explained how to get it.
I just downloaded the lastest Windows binary version from here and uploaded it - this worked. So I would suggest to add this to the Readme at least, in case you don't want to include the zip file here in the project.
