Simplify the VM SKU list #625

The helper is optimised to drive the user to make good decisions and create a cluster quickly that meets their operational needs. Having the VM skus generated from the api is excellent, but I think we need to help the user navigate the list, like adding a 'popular choices' section. Any ideas welcome.
