Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some cloud engineering teams enforce policies to have tags on all resources created in certain subscriptions for audit, cost control or other reasons. There is no way to add custom tags currently.

Describe the solution you'd like Parameter for custom tags with type object that defaults to empty object.
