Noticed that this repo has TFPLAN file https://github.com/Azure/AKS-Landing-Zone-Accelerator/blame/main/Scenarios/AKS-Secure-Baseline-PrivateCluster/Terraform/03-AAD-create/tfplan, I havent checked other folders, so this may not be the only occurence.
Also, from a consumer perspective can this be further simplified like Azure Landing Zone, where it can be consumed like a module for small scale and large scale enterprises.
