Hi there,

it is victor, a CSA in app inno team. this pr is for fixing the issue at https://github.com/Azure/AKS-Landing-Zone-Accelerator/issues/125

it is a known issue in azurerm which requires to upgrade to the new version.

i've tested on my side.
