Upgrade VM Size from DS2_v2 to D4a_v4 #67

Upgrade default node pool VM Size from 'Standard_DS2_v2' (2 core, 7GiB RAM) to 'Standard_D4a_v4' (4 Core, 16 GiB RAM) as the smaller VM size was sometimes unable to run the sample applications in my testing.

since we are now using AVM, we dont need to set this anymore
