[Feature] Allow 2xx on HTTP loadbalancer health checks #3388

Some http health endpoints might return some other 2xx code than exactly status code 200. E.g. status code 204 - No Content.

It would be nice if the service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-load-balancer-health-probe-request-path annotation supported those endpoints, too.
