Cluster Recovery after Upgrade #3522

Rollingback Control plane to its prior state before upgrade . 3 days is the limit after an upgrade a Rollback can work it is entirely manual and is put with constraints in place so it is sparingly and wisely used. It is only going to work if the prior version is within N-2 supported frame and if the prior version is older to the current version.
