Easy way to identify AKS iLB when we select a scope during creating a dashboard #3603

Image, If we have more than 50 clusters with more than 50 kubernetes-internal LB, it's hard to find the particular LB at a glance. If we have addition columns with a resource group or AKS cluster name, it will be easily find the particular item.
