[BUG] Kappie Agent pods not scheduling post network observability flag enabled #3915

Post enabling AKS network observability flag on cluster, kappie agents pod not scheduling. I am not able to disable the flag.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/network-observability-byo-cli?tabs=non-cilium

Expected behavior kappie agents should be scheduled and running
