[BUG]Alerts generated on the Azure portal for an AKS cluster doesn't show networkProfile.networkPluginMode #3923

Describe the bug Alerts generated on the Azure portal for an AKS cluster doesn't show networkProfile.networkPluginMode

To Reproduce

  1. Create a cluster with Azure CNI Overlay
  2. Upgrade the cluster to Azure CNI powered by Cilium

Expected behavior

  1. The expectation would be to see an alert that says the cluster was migrated from Azure CNI overlay to Azure CNI powered by Cilium. The alert is generated but doesn't carry networkProfile.networkPluginMode which outlines the Plugin=Overlay in this case.
