[BUG] AKS cluster with BYOCNI shows network plugin as none and kubenet in the Azure portal #3934

Describe the bug AKS cluster with BYOCNI shows network plugin as none and kubenet in the Azure portal

To Reproduce

Create an AKS cluster with the network plugin as None.

resourceGroup="myResourceGroup"
clusterName="myAKSCluster"
az group create -l eastus -n myResourceGroup

az aks create -l eastus -g myResourceGroup -n myAKSCluster --network-plugin none 

az account set --subscription ##########################

az aks get-credentials --resource-group myResourceGroup --name myAKSCluster

Expected behavior The network plugin should be shown as None and not Kubenet. It shown as Kubenet under the networking section.
