[BUG] Custom Resources filter based on namespace selected under Workloads

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Workloads
2. Select a namespace
3. Go to Custom Resources
4. Click on a resource

Expected behavior Because there are no namespace selector in this view, I would not have thought that it would filter on the selected namespace from under Workloads. It took me some time to realize that the data was filtered.
