After implementing the Service Allowed IP Ranges Annotation feature, customers will be able to define whatever ranges and Labels they need to without having to use only Service Tags or only IP ranges. This will be done by adding an annotation option to take a list of IP ranges; cloud provider will properly merge the two entries into the NSG, but because loadBalancerSourceRanges is empty, kube-proxy will not create any firewall rules at the host to block traffic.
