[BUG] Missing disable SSH access feature

Describe the bug The feature of --ssh-access disabled is missing on cluster wide (I understand have to disable manually for nodepool later), but since the document is writing so, I want to understand: is this feature being deleted or it is bug.

Expected behavior The argument should exist.
