Pod-to-Pod Encryption #4626

Currently Azure VNet encryption is available in BYO VNet. However, this is only gauranteed between node-to-node traffic. In the scenario of pod-to-pod communication when pods are on the same node, this traffic isn't encrypted.

This feature will enable all pod to pod traffic be encrypted regardless of node location.
