Hello.
Did you run the Migration Assistant twice? Your first post looks like there was an issue connecting to Azure where the network timed out. You second post looks like a successful run of the Migration Assistant, where it is reporting specific issues with your web site that will need to be corrected before it can be automatically migrated by the Migration Assistant.
