Cannot upgrade ADS notebook #21

Describe the bug I want to upgrade ADS notebook from v0.0.1 to v0.0.2 but cannot use upgrade directly. Have to uninstall and reinstall.

Expected behavior run 'pip install --upgrade adsmagic' to upgrade ads notebook to the latest version.
