Show current ADS Notebook version #23

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It makes user frustrated that cannot check current ADS notebook version.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. print the ADS notebook version after adlmagics initialized. ??
  2. show the current ADS notebook version in the config command.
