Azure IoT Hub Device Twins #1899

Please add direct support for Azure IoT Hub Device Twins (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-hub/iot-hub-csharp-csharp-twin-getstarted) triggers event in Azure Function. If it is already support, please add documentation and code sample. I really need this feature built into Azure Function.
