Are health checks for azure premium functions still not recommended?

As talked about in issue https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Functions/issues/1903 there used to be guidance to not have health checks on azure premium function apps in this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/monitor-instances-health-check?tabs=dotnet#limitations that guidance is no longer listed in limitations. Does this mean it is recommended to use health checks now?

how about today? This recommendation is not showed on the documentation anymore;

should I enable health check for Premium Functions sites? will I pay more because of that?
