Hi added here 2 logic apps to register the managed services rp automatically. One is a simpler one to be deployed to each customer env; the other is a bit more complex to be deploys at the partner env.

I need to change the DeployToAzure button to referrence the Lighthouse repo instead of my personal one, I will do another PR
