AppGW WAF : support resource specific log table #393

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. App GW can now use resource specific log table instead of the generic AzureDiagnostic. Tables are AGWAccessLogs, AGWFirewallLogs and AGWPerformanceLogs. This is the recommended mode according to Azure Monitor documentation

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to use resource specific log table in my workbooks.

Describe alternatives you have considered The alternative so far is to keep the usage of AzureDiagnostic table.
