WARA Script to include PG Verified field #204

Describe the solution you'd like

We're currently reviewing the APRL recommendations for ALZ and the scope of the recommendations we'd like to review / action are ones that are PG Verified, however, this field is not available in the export

Describe alternatives you've considered

Each time we run the script we have to check against previous exports for verified recommendations which is time consuming and prone to error

@Azure/aprl-wara-tools we should make this a toggle so that CSAs leading WARA engagements can keep it removed from the Action Plan.
