Overview/Summary

Update ANF APRL wordings per ANF PM Jitesh Mani.

Category for "Standard Networking" to be "Scalability
Add "Failover is a manual process." to match with https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-netapp-files/cross-region-replication-requirements-considerations and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-netapp-files/cross-zone-replication-requirements-considerations to avoid confusion.
