Fixing all of the notebooks I could find for Python 3.10. Also fixed some syntax errors (more deprecated constructs) in a few notebooks Added additional troubleshooting sections on using logging in Troubleshooting notebook. Fixed azurepipelines pipeline check_nb_kernel to recognize "python310-sdkv2" as valid kernel
