1. Machine Learning Services Workspace.
2. Key Vault.
3. User Assigned Identity.

@jongio - We have created an issue: https://github.com/Azure/bicep-registry-modules/issues/3082 about missing feature in Machine Learning Services module. If you feel that this pattern module is not needed to complete this implementation, then we will close this issue.
