Azure / Azure-Verified-Modules

Azure Verified Modules (AVM) is an initiative to consolidate and set the standards for what a good Infrastructure-as-Code module looks like. Modules will then align to these standards, across languages (Bicep, Terraform etc.) and will then be classified as AVMs and available from their respective language specific registries.

Hi @ArtistYay, thank you for submitting this module proposal. Please note that as Azure Sentinel has multiple different resource types, the combination of which forming the entire service; this would translate to either:

The approach will be decided as part of the usual consultation between the module owner and the AVM core team.

Please note that finding a Microsoft FTE module owner for this module may probably take quite some time. I also would like to ask you if you'd be interested in contributing to this?

Thank you!

Hello @matebarabas I'm very beginner in Bicep so I'm not sure how good I could help.

@ArtistYay, thank you and no worries! We'll find someone; I just wanted to set realistic expectations as to how long it might take. :) You'll see on this issue when we managed to identify a module owner who can build it. Stay tuned!
