@rakku-ms The website for taxonomies is down. So I can't properly review it unless you verified that the terms you used exist in the Microsoft Doc taxonomy before the links broke. Filed an issue here:

I am not sure how samples doc works considering your sample is within a larger repository. You might need to move the header to the main readme. You can message Matt Briggs if he knows anything.
