Correct APIPA subnet mask in 4_AzSHCICluster.md #57

Change the subnet mask for the APIPA entries from 24 to 16. APIPAs use a 16-bit subnet mask, and if you enter the value of 24 as previously specified the interface displays an error and will not allow you to continue.
