Fixed Linter warnings & build errors #354

Overview/Summary

Resolves the issues outlined in issue #353

  1. Linter Warnings
  2. Fixed AKS Versions (version in code was older than 1-year and out-of-support)
  3. Service Health Dummy number fix (changed number prefix from 555 to 604)
