Baseline Cost evaluation / Approximate cost per pipeline #371

It would be very interesting to have a section: Approximate cost per pipeline this would make it possible to establish a minimum cost for the basic deployment of the entire host zone, perhaps by pipeline.

Several of us would have to test deployment and also submit expense reports in relation to these deployments. and it would be interesting to have all the information in hand and be able to present an approximate budget.

For example, we could have:
