This reference implementation is based on Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure and provides an opinionated implementation that enables ITSG-33 regulatory compliance by using NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 4 and Canada Federal PBMM Regulatory Compliance Policy Sets.

Scripts to generate config from template, support JSON config intellisense in editors, fix bugs in deployment scripts #379
Primary purpose of this PR is to add support for generating new configuration file sets using existing configuration file sets as a template. It also includes changes related to two bug fixes, and an environment maintenance activity of deploying the landing zones to the new MngEnvMCAP770654 tenant and related subscriptions that replace the original tenant/subscriptions used by this project.
