Guardrails Solution Accelerator link returns 404 #395

Describe the bug When I click the link to the Guardrails Solution Accelerator from the README, the link is broken and results in a 404.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://github.com/Azure/CanadaPubSecALZ?tab=readme-ov-file#gc-30-day-cloud-guardrails'
  2. Click on 'Guardrails Solution Accelerator ' link
  3. See 404 error

Expected behavior Be able to access the repo for the GuardrailsSolutionAccelerator project.
