[BUG] Submitting an issue to this repository results in a failed github action #340

To Reproduce

Open an [Image Update] issue #338

Observed Behavior

https://github.com/Azure/CloudShell/actions/runs/5631495354/job/15258501726

Access Denied: The Personal Access Token used has expired

Expected behavior

After submitting #338 I got notified about a failed github action by email

Is this specific to Cloud Shell?

No, it's an issue in the https://github.com/Azure/CloudShell repo

Currently another error is present https://github.com/Azure/CloudShell/actions/runs/6189136644, the github action fails with

HttpError: Bad credentials
