MeteredTriggerJob failing due to Unhandled exception #771

MeteredTriggerJob is failing. Please refer the below error.

@fthorntonai , we are working from the 7.6.2 tag

I tried upgrading one of our accelerator to the 8.0.0 branch, but the Metered Scheduler to Admin Portal Build gives this error : /home/rohit/azuredevmp/Commercial-Marketplace-SaaS-Accelerator-us-uk/src/MeteredTriggerJob/Program.cs(59,69): error CS1503: Argument 1: cannot convert from 'System.Diagnostics.FileVersionInfo' to 'System.Version' [/home/rohit/azuredevmp/Commercial-Marketplace-SaaS-Accelerator-us-uk/src/MeteredTriggerJob/MeteredTriggerJob.csproj]

No Webjob was created as well
