IVR Capabilities such as Text to Speech, DTMF and Speech to Text Responses #175

We offer both SMS/Text and Voice notification services and the SMS part of the Azure Communications Service looks perfect for our needs but we also need to be able to deliver the notifications via Voice and in some cases also ask questions and get responses.

Presently we use the Twilio https://www.twilio.com/solutions/ivr services and we are wondering if Microsoft has any plans to include these types of interactive voice services into the Azure Communications Services.

Thank you.

Hi wjvii, can you please clarify if this requirement is for inbound our outbound calls? Also do you have the IVR setup already? If so are you looking only for Text to Speech, DTMF and Speech to Text Responses? What about Queueing an Routing? It would be great if you provide a scenario of your workflow, so we can provide more information. Also I should add that Inbound DTMF is already supported by ACS. Thank you.
