During group call, the speaking event for one participant was not received on Android from web hero sample project. Issue is random, most of time speaking events are received.
Steps:
Join group call from Android device with web calling hers sample users
for some participants speaking event not received
SDK Version: com.azure.android:azure-communication-calling:1.2.1-beta.1

During group call, the speaking event for one participant was not received on Android from web hero sample project. Issue is random, most of time speaking events are received.
