Metastore Creation #25

I had to double check if the metastore was created based off of: iac-adb-360\README.md

Looks like this is created by default. Perhaps a one liner explaining this would have been created automatically in the process of a new DB workspace deployed via the IaC file. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/data-governance/unity-catalog/create-metastore

Follow up this took me a minute to understand we are talking about DB Groups not Entra....I think....

I tried to explain that in the metastore section of the Iac-adb-360/readme.md. Metastore needs to be created for a region and the Globaladmin of the hosting tenant needs to create one. Therefore the metastore has to be/or probably is created already. So in short, the scripts here do not create the metastore. It needs to be created beforehand as part of the UC (Unity Catalog) organizational initiative.
