New Video Tutorial Permission Issue #77

The new video tutorials are only available to internal MS users, and there is no option to request access.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://microsoftapc-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/personal/quke_microsoft_com/ERGhKykVoaVBgPl5AA1RYWcBi-TvvFEXMXB8Rl_XQqoSWA?e=xb9xM1&nav=eyJyZWZlcnJhbEluZm8iOnsicmVmZXJyYWxBcHAiOiJTdHJlYW1XZWJBcHAiLCJyZWZlcnJhbFZpZXciOiJTaGFyZURpYWxvZy1MaW5rIiwicmVmZXJyYWxBcHBQbGF0Zm9ybSI6IldlYiIsInJlZmVycmFsTW9kZSI6InZpZXcifX0%3D

Error, only internal users.
