🪲 Bug Report - China DINE Policies using Deployment Regions that don't exist in AzureChinaCloud #1149

Describe the bug

Several DeployIfNotExist policies in the set of China policies are using deployment locations (properties.policyRule.then.details.deployment.location) that do next exist in AzureChinaCloud. These are the ones that I have found, but I may have missed some:

Expected behaviour

Update these policies deployment.location to use any region that exists in AzureChinaCloud

Thanks @jim-mclean this is a duplicate of #1145 so will close this one out to avoid duplication.
