New-GuestConfigurationPackage
- Change to file type parameters instead of strings
- Resolve all path parameters to full paths
- Add Verbose messaging
- Switch to built-in compression cmdlet (Compress-Archive)
Clean Test-GuestConfigurationPackage tests and remove skip flag for bug on Linux
