We now have our own MS Learn repo here which surfaces in MS Learn here.
We should use these files as the source when downloading the scenarios via https://aka.ms/install-ie. Note that the repo used is dependent on language. Please see https://ops.microsoft.com/#/repos/76a324cc-d083-e679-c094-c959409c72f8 for a list of all language-specific repos.
The 'read documentation' links should also direct to MS Learn now.
