Summary:
The way Portal currently produces output is by printing everything between a section heading and a code block. Due to this, content is lost in sections with important information but no code block or sections with content after the code block. Author shouldn't be expected to write content between section headings and code blocks to fix this. We should be upgrading our experience so that we display the information as is given in the doc to the best of our ability.
