Updating Run After not updating tokens #2987

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1.Create a standard logic app 2.Add a request trigger and some actions in it.

  1. Add a parallel branch to any of the action in workflow.
  2. Select last action of the workflow either Response or any action.
  3. Go to settings and click on run after
  4. Click on select actions option, add the actions that are in parallel branches.
  5. Come back to parameters tab.
  6. Try and select the tokens from parallel branches actions.

Expected: Tokens from parallel branches actions also should be visible without saving and refreshing the workflow. Actual: Tokens from parallel branches actions are visible after saving the workflow and refreshing the workflow.
