This is continuing to happen. I had the (new) designer open for ~ 1 hour.
I was working in the "Preview Designer" for approximately 1 hour, making changes and successfully saving my changes. I had other tabs open wherein I ran test run iterations and reviewed the results of the test runs. After returning to the Preview Designer and attempting to make, then save a change, I could make a change (using the formula editor) and update an action but when I attempted to save the Logic App workflow, I received the following error:
" Workflow validation failed for the workflow ''. {"error":{"code":"ExpiredAuthenticationToken","message":"The access token expiry UTC time '24/11/2023 14:08:59' is earlier than current UTC time '24/11/2023 14:13:25'."}} "
The only way I could get around this issue was to refresh the web page (which, of course, lost all my changes) which subsequently restored my ability to save further changes.
Browser: Chrome Version 119.0.6045.160 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Just an update: We're working with the core portal team to figure out the root cause of this. Will update when we hear something. The call we make to get the most up to date token is getting sent expired tokens after an hour of non use.

Describe the Bug with repro steps
Result: Error: web token expired - can't save - lose changes. Refreshing the page gets a new token, but changes are lost.
Desired: Expired token is detected and new token is obtained before attempting to save.
