Unable to see display name for Dynamic Content with Forms Connectors

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a consumption logic app
2. Add Microsoft Forms Action 'Get response details'
3. Add second action, like 'Send an Email', and add Dynamic Content from the Forms action
4. Repeat step 3 with different dynamic content
5. Save and reload the workflow
6. See some actions do not load the 'Name' of the content
