Describe the Bug with repro steps

Hey @RobScott-Trimbleo to confirm this was a consumption workflow? I think this wasn't released in consumption just yet, so curious how it was able to open the workflow assistant

This is a Logic App Workflow, in the Designer. I accessed it by clicking on the Assistant button:
