Hi,
I'm trying to use the Docker image produced using the Model.package() instruction as a Linux iotedge module on our IoT solution.
We encountered several issues when using this image:
in an industrial scenario, where not all ports are open and with firewalls and proxies, the module tries to connect to iothub (a behavior we don't need) reporting error
the following error with rsyslog:
2022-04-19T07:37:20,418498029+00:00 - rsyslog/finish 1 0
2022-04-19T07:37:20,419597525+00:00 - Exit code 1 is not normal. Restarting rsyslog.
2022-04-19T07:37:21,422779306+00:00 - rsyslog/run
rsyslogd: pidfile '/var/run/rsyslogd.pid' and pid 25068 already exist.
If you want to run multiple instances of rsyslog, you need to specify
different pid files for them (-i option).
rsyslogd: run failed with error -3000 (see rsyslog.h or try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/3000 to learn what that number means)
some authentication errors:
Unhandled Exception: System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (TLS authentication error.) ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: TLS authentication error. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.) ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
Since we do not know the base image on which it is built on we are unable to debug it.
