Remove using module from Microsoft.AVS.VMFS Package #236

The changes in this PR are as follows:

Update Microsoft.AVS.Management RequiredModuleVersion to be 6.0.112.
Remove using module from Microsoft.AVS.VMFS file.

I have read the contributor guidelines and have completed the following:

[x] Formatted the code using VSCode default formatter for PowerShell.
[x] Tested the code end-to-end against an SDDC.
[x] Documented the functions using standard PowerShell markup and applied AVSAttribute to newly exported functions.

I checked the other packages and it appears that they all already have the using module removed and have the RequiredModuleVersion set to be 6.0.112
